Kodak 3D Scan

Kodak Scan has the Lowest radiations and highest clarity amongst competitors by aluminum factor of 5.

Special Features

  • Non surgical implant placement
  • 100% zero accident surgeries
  • 100% zero accident surgeries

The new KODAK 9000C 3D Scan System enables to obtain low-dose, high-resolution, three-dimensional (3D) images, as well as panoramic and cephalometric ones.

Featuring an attractive design and a full cranial lateral format, the system provides the broadest range of cephalometric image formats available . “One-Shot” cephalometric technology maximizes productivity and image quality with image acquisition taking less than a second. Additionally, panoramic image quality is optimized for the jaw morphology of the patient with the system’s new variable focal trough feature.

The unique three-in-one system offers the ability to capture a localized field of view 3D image, which can be limited.

Benefits include: less radiation and high image quality. It can be used in such cases as impacted tooth, tooth anomalies, incisor bone assessment, or micro-implants.

Calcifications, fractures, and the apex/sinus connection can be clearly viewed in great detail, and bone volume assessments needed for single site implant planning can easily be made—all without having to send the patient to another imaging facility.

3D imaging has historically been useful for implantology, wisdom teeth removal, and impacted canines. While these applications remain applicable today, higher levels of detail and resolution—combined with reduced radiation exposure surfaces—will make 3D imaging more attractive in endodontics and cases involving canal complexity,” said Eric Bonnet, Ph.D., DDS.

Easy-to-Use, localized 3D imaging provides better on-site care. Having highly detailed, true-to-life 3D images helps provide quicker and more accurate diagnoses, improved treatment planning and better patient care. The added third dimension allows to view and analyze root position or conduct bone loss screenings. Multiple slices allow the clinician to view impactions from various angles to best determine the method of treatment.

“This high degree of resolution is made possible with the new generation of systems such as the Kodak 9000 3D system.”
